There is a Motorola IDE floating around, it uses MS Agents to enable TTS and simulate a VoiceXML session. I understand that VoiceGenie should be able to do the same job bu I haven't tried that. Unfortunately I don't have any handy link for the Motorola stuff, and I remember that it was a true mess to find it: I hope someone can help you better than me.
