I'm fairly new to Cocoon, and after spending too much time trying to figure out why xsl:output wasn't working, I finally found my answer in the C1 faq. Is there, or could we start, a document that outlines where C2 processing differs from the W3C recommendations? If the only difference is xsl:output than could this be copied from the C1 faq to the C2 faq?
