my CLASSPATH enviroment contain path to $JRE/rt.jar
and I have this compilation error's:

public Map act (Redirector redirector, <---javac can't found class
                SourceResolver resolver, <--- javac can't found class
                Map objectModel,
                String source,
                Parameters params)
What I'm doing wrong?
