I am trying to install cocoon 2.0.1. To do this I downloaded the binary distribution (cocoon-2.0.1-bin.tar.gz) and followed the installation instructions. I use tomcat-4.0.1. Cocoon comes up with an internal server error 'The sitemap handler's sitemap is not available'. Here are the first lines of the error.log file:
