Never used any of the above, but you might want to consider the JDBC
escape syntax

   {?= call <procedure-name>[<arg1>,<arg2>, ...]}
   {call <procedure-name>[<arg1>,<arg2>, ...]}

Maybe that'll make your driver happier....
