Hello! i'm using cocoon 2.01 with jboss 2.4.4/tomcat 3.2.3 and have experienced almost the same problem. but i dont know if its cocoon related or jboss/tomcat...
when i restart jboss the cocoon app is correctly answering requests again... the problem occurs, when i deploy my app i think more then ten times without restarting jboss/tomcat.
