SAXParser not found

I have just installed Cocoon 2.0 on Tomcat 4.0.3. And I got “SAXParser not found”

(see attachment) error when I access Cocoon startup page. I tried to put Xerce1.4.4.jar

in Tomcat lib directory but it didn’t help.

 

Can any one help me on this? Thanks.
