The basic rules are:
1. delete work dir
2. change jars
3. use the latest cocoon.xconf version and modify that
4. if you use Tomcat versions 4.0.(2|3) read workaround info for install in
mailing list archives.
5. check that the components in the sitemap conform to the ones in the
example sitemap
