You should read the install docs at http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/installing/index.html : it contains many instructions, including installing on iWS 4.1.x. I don't know how much difference there is between iWS 4.1 and iWS 6.0, but these instructions should help you. Note that if iWS 6.0 correctly implements the servlet 2.2 specification, you shouldn't need the BootstrapServlet trick. And please give us feedback so that we can update the docs.
