The real problem is that Outlook (despite what the user chooses to do) will
send a the email with both HTML and plaintext.  When I recieve the mail in
Outlook it picks up on the HTML portion and chooses to show me that.  At
home I use mutt (a text-only (for the most part) client) and all I see is
the plaintext version.... point being, I guess it is not a problem.  I have
gotten a few 'please dont send html email' notes from people (which is
understandable)...but I guess there is not much I can do about it.  So,
sorry folks.
