I have some files named like this, but in totally different directory: %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp\jar_cache14163.tmp I'm 90% sure that they were created neither by Tomcat, nor by JDK. > Anyway, when Tomcat is re-started they get cleaned and re-created... but not > always :( hence my question.
