1. Stop tomcat
2. Remove work directory (tomcat/work)
3. Delete all logs (tomcat/cocoon/WEB-INF/logs)
4. Start tomcat
5. Access Cocoon
6. Read log files, take a note of every exception. Send log snippets to
the group.
