Stephen I notice you have a mis-match between the pattern in your
<map:match> element and the url-prefix in your <map:mount> element.
"lnxserv" != "lnxservr"
<map:match pattern="lnxserv/**">
<map:mount check-reload="yes" src="lnxserv/" uri-prefix="lnxservr" />
</map:match>
