Forgot to tell you one thing every newbie should do...

   DO THIS EVERY TIME YOU GET NEW VERSION OR UPDATE CVS

1) rm -rf $COCOON_HOME/build/cocoon
2) rm -rf $TOMCAT_HOME/work/cocoon
