I Installed coccon 1.8.2 on Apache v4.0 on a XP PC. When I fire up the URL (http://localhost:8080/cocoon/Cocoon.XML), I get an error that cocoon.properties file can't be located. But it's right there in coocon/WEB-INF. When I issue the same URL without the last node (i.e., just 8080:/cocoon) my directories are displayed BUT the WEB-INF directory isn't! I am assuming that is why the server can't find the file. Any ideas why that particular directory isn't displayed? No securiy locks on it or anything different from the other directories.

Also, following the install instructions and tried to find the tag in the server.xml file so I can add context for my app. However, the server.xml file doesn't contain any tag by that name. I figure that might be hosing me too.
