Hi! I'm developing my first application with Cocoon. I want to confirm
that what I am doing is correct.

This is my project structure:

MyFirstProject
\src
\docs
\web
 sitemap.xmap
 welcome.html
 \WEB-INF
  cocoon.xconf
  logkit.xconf
  web.xml
  \lib
\*.jar (including all the cocoon's jar files that comes with cocoon2)
  \classes

The *.xconf and *.xmap files are the same that cocoon brings with some
changes (e.g. changes to the pipelines).

Am I doing right?
Do I have always to put the .jar files in web/WEB-INF/lib (or links to
them)?
Do I have to write a pipeline to access to "welcome.html"?

Thanks in advance.
