I have the same problem, try this: 1) ./build.sh clean
2) delete dirs: works and webapps/cocoon 3) ./build.sh -Dinclude.webapp.libs=true \ -Dinclude.scratchpad.libs=true installwar 4) Try: http://localhost:9090/cocoon/samples/ If this does not work, 5) delete dirs: works and webapps/cocoon from Tomcat 6) ./build.sh installwar 7)Try again.
