I'm just setting up a new site which is dedicated to using Domino and Apache Cocoon. It's due to go live by the start of next week.
I know that this is a fairly specialised area in the world of Cocoon but thought you might be interested to have a look at the site - www.piacevole.com - and look forward to any feedback about it that you might have.
