I hate to give bad advice, but you may want to try to send a "window-target" HTTP header with value "_top", or try the equivalent meta tag in your HTML document:

<META HTTP-EQUIV="Window-target" CONTENT="_top">

This used to work with Netscape 4.x but it is a sort of mystery, poorly documented header that may or may not be supported in the future. If it works, you may want to not rely on this for functionality that is critical to your application.

Hans,

I think there is no way because this can't be set in Cocoon (or any other
web middleware). I would include a javascript in the target page which will
make it to the top page.

Reinhard
