Hi Kavitha, This will not be a cocoon problem, just browser differences. The same HTML (and CSS) will be presented differently by different browsers. If you use (generate) as much standard (X)HTML as possible, you'll have the least problems.
You can check this by saving the source HTML (View-Source in IE) and viewing this offline file in IE and Netscape. Of course you can use a selector to generate different files depending on the browser. If that is what you are doing already by accident, it will be in your sitemap.
