Ok, there's a simple and a complex answer.
The simple one: Yes, it's possible to write such a coplet.

And the complex one: It will be a little bit tricky because you
have to do URL rewriting for the links/actions in your application
and you have to maintain the state = which link/page is currently
visible in the coplet.
But it's possible, I think a collegue did this over a year ago
and it worked - but I don't know exactly how...
