Hmm well that is what im getting to .. im pretty much on today tinkering with cocoon trying to get a build that will be a bit more deployable to the newb. What i want is for readers of my book (which Im writing on SERVER side issues (as in EJB) to be able to download everything and run the sucker. Right now id have to package in soem 30 jars and that would be just too much. If i can find a way to pack it into one jar and have cocoon still work then I w ould be a long way towards my goal. Then I would be debating using a custom generator or exploring actions (possibly, I dotn know) or just straight xsp. The smileys are the first thing ive done since it is the easiest to implement what we like to call the "thin row."
