Which cocoon version do you use? If you use 2.04 it seems to me that input modules are not supported by the compiled sitemap. But I'm not sure because I've been using Cocoon 2.1dev for month (interpreted sitemap and input modules work). But be warned - Cocoon 2.1 is still alpha!!!
