I've run into the same problem I had run into today. You need to get it from cocoon-2.1, although xml-cocoon2 apparently should mirror it, there are differences. I just done a nice clean
cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/cvspublic co cocoon-2.1 and everything worked.
