map:part- how to encode a URL source?

Here is what I wrote:

<map:part
src="http://localhost:8080/bigServlet?k42id={1}&container=page-body"/>

Here is what I get:

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The reference to entity "container" must
end with the ';' delimiter.
<snip>

How can I do this? I need to make calls to URLs with multiple
paramters...
