Best way to do that is to submit a "bug" to bugzilla - be sure to add [PATCH] to the beginning of the summary. That way it won't get lost in the shuffle and all committers will get "nagged" until it's acted on. Probably someone more knowledgeable about the Excalibur projects you used will look at it, but if not I will take a look. If I don't, just nag me.
