I guess so :-) I didn't tested it, but otherwise it's a bug. Maybe Carsten can tell something about it - he is the implementer??

Instead of Cocoon 2.1 from CVS you can use Cocoon 2.0.5 from CVS (hopefully released at the beginning of July). It has at least the
caching implemented in the CincludeTransformer, but I don't know anything about the DefaultIncludeCacheManager.
