I get the following log when tomcat is started:
C:\Program Files\Apache Group\Tomcat 4.1\bin>startup

server.properties not found, using command line or default properties

Use SHUTDOWN to close normally. Use [Ctrl]+[C] to abort abruptly

What may be the cause of following ??
