This is where I've got to so far, I still cannot create anything under /coda/kryten.localdomain (though I can on the testserver), but it looks like I am at least authenticated:

27 $ clog [EMAIL PROTECTED]
username: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Password:

Fri Sep 05 10:51 AM 2 [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~
28 $ ctokens

Tokens held by the Cache Manager:
Local username: knoppix

    @testserver.coda.cs.cmu.edu
        Not Authenticated
    @kryten.localdomain
        Coda user id:    2
        Expiration time: Sat Sep  6 11:51:32 2003

Fri Sep 05 10:51 AM 2 [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~
29 $ cfs listacl /coda/kryten.localdomain
/coda/kryten.localdomain: Connection timed out

Any ideas why this does not work?

UPDATE: I just looked again while composing this message, and this happened:

Fri Sep 05 10:51 AM 2 [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~
30 $ echo hello > /coda/kryten.localdomain/greeting.txt

Fri Sep 05 10:54 AM 2 [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~
31 $ cat /coda/kryten.localdomain/greeting.txt
hello

Fri Sep 05 10:54 AM 2 [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~
32 $ cfs listacl /coda/kryten.localdomain
      System:AnyUser  rl
System:Administrators  rlidwka

I didn't change anything in the meantime - I think I'm going mad here! Any ideas what caused the time delay?
