Hmm. I don't know if this is exactly working for me. It works sometimes, and I do have my realm server in /etc/hosts with it's IP address. I think most of the time, it ends up being a broken link, though, when I startup disconnected. I'll have to verify that.
I've been noticing that, in connected mode startup, venus will die when I retrieve a token for my HOME dir user, and it attempts to reintegrate changes. It didn't happen to me this morning, but it happens very often. I end up having to venus -init to clear the cache and "start over" fresh. I'm using the Debian packages from the repository hosted on the CMU site.
