I was using the ROOTNAME way, as it's the only one i found in the
docs. Creating it as / solved (almost) everything.  Thanks!

I don't know what's wrong with my install from the 6.0.8 .deb package,
but this one doesn't work if i specify a group id it just hangs on
there, forever. bash -x shows me it keeps waiting for a grep command,
so i gave up debuging that :(
