I see the rpc2.spec.in has changed in CVS to be flexible about lua. Cool.

One addition to what's there:
BuildRequires: lwp-devel lua-devel
becomes
BuildRequires: lwp-devel
%{?_with_lua:BuildRequires: lua-devel}
