Yes, from memory the lwp was at 1.18 (or maybe 1.12 ... one of those
two)

I don't think there would be any harm bumping the dependencies up to
the latest versions.  As Jan noted (and I have experienced) there seem
to be some 64bit issues that are fixed in the newer version - that and
the latest coda does not compile against an old lwp, it seems like the
prototype for the thread function changed in the lwp thread create call.
