Thanks Greg, Yes pwd works now. Unfortunately this does not improve the stability (the system crashes, about at the time of starting X-clients in my vncserver script), nor fixes the directory reading "page alignment?" problem. Hope you (Greg? Brett?) would look into this! Best regards, Rune
