creeate more /dev/cfs

hi all,

i have to mount over 20 webdav server with davfs2 in conjunction with
coda kernel module, but, as i see in /dev directory, there are only 5
cfs* devices.
how could i add more?
i try with mknod /dev/cfs5 c 67 5 but doesn't work, /dev/cfs5 isn't
recognized as a device.
