Hi Geoffrey,

How small is your cache? Less than 2 megabytes?? I think that's the reason
you see this message, try it with 10MB.

If you really want to run with such a small cache, you'd have to reduce
MIN_CB in venus.private.h. This is the minimal allowed cache size, which is 
currently set to 2048 (1k blocks).
