hi,
i had posted a query a few days back ... and achieved pretty much
success in having the client server installed.
There however seems to be a this one more problem. There is some sort
of connectivity between the client and server as obvious by the
following error logs:
SrvLog:

17:27:15 Getting Root Volume information...

17:28:15 GetRootVolume: can't get volinfo for root volume (rv1)!
17:28:23 RecovTerminate: clean shutdown
as I see it venus is trying to lookup the volume and that cannot be
done (probably i missed something out)
since i am exteremly new to coda and linux, i feel that there is
something that i am missing out on.
other configuration details:
1] the hostname is "W22" and it is not connected to the network
2] i believe the loopback is working fine ... but the server is trying
to send a message back on "127.0.0.1" (my localhost) which has a
different IP as "W22"
i am sure that there is just a bit of information that i am missing
out on - would be grateful for the help.
thanks,
vidyamani
