Fail to rebuild coda-5.3.8 rpm on RedHat 6.2

Hello all,

I've just downloaded coda-debug-5.3.8-1.src.rpm and rebuilt on a RH6.2 box
but failed.

The configuration  script says:

 checking location of liblwp... none
configure: error: Cannot determine the location of liblwp
...

Please help me to solve this problem. Thanks a million.
