cfs reconnect; cfs cs; cfs fr

The cfs cs causes venus to rediscover that it can talk to the server
again, otherwise it assumes that it can't, so the cfs fr does nothing.
Venus probes for the server automatically every 10 minutes, so waiting
that long between the cfs reconnect and cfs fr will work too
