Warning if clockskew is detected

Hi,

I just solved a problem when a Laptop's venus 
wouldn't come up if the BIOS contained wrong time.

This can be detected when venus starts up, 
and discovers that LOG has a modification time 
in the future, which so far results in a LOG recover failed.

A verbose Warning in that case would be great,
as new users have a hard time thinking of this 
as a cause of the problem...
