Will a 120GB FS be OK?

I'm out for a 120GB system, but reading the list I see that:
120*0,05 = 6 GB will be a too large RVM meta-data partiotion. So I'll go 
for the slower alternative - putting it on a file. But with a total 
systemmem of oinly 128 megs - will this be too little to get it to work 
(as it's mmap'ed). Are there any other problems related to a system of 
such a size?
