Hi, I recently offered to provide minimal support and added github actions to the project so we can merge critical MR and release new versions so the project keeps on being compatible with new tools that are released. I'm not a real maintainer though, and I don't think I will have anything interesting to say.
The maintainers you might want to interview are Carl Crowder or Carlos Coelho.
