Code Quality team,
Since pre-commit 4.0.0 was released, docformatter’s hooks stopped working, and
isueedocformatter#289 <https://github.com/PyCQA/docformatter/issues/289> was
created by me, with a fix already in place (see:docformatter#287
<https://github.com/PyCQA/docformatter/pull/287>).
All of this happened back in October, and two months later we’re still waiting
for a new release (see: docformatter#293
<https://github.com/PyCQA/docformatter/issues/293>).
So I ask you, when will we get a new release?
