Okay, now he is here. This guy uses an anonymous email system to generate a new account every time he gets blocked. He registers domains for free with freenom.com a Dutch that provides “free” domains for the asking. The don’t let you own the domain, which wouldn’t work anyway since your anonymous, so they actually own the domains.
