Are you drowning in a sea of data? Check out these data classes from Amigos
Library Services

Getting the Most Out of Your Data Using Pivot
Tables<https://www.amigos.org/node/5102> - August 7 & 14, 9:00 am - 10:00 am
CDT. Looking for a way to gain meaningful insight into your spreadsheets? The
most powerful way to summarize and present information from a large and
detailed set of data is through pivot tables. Pivot functionality is built into
spreadsheet applications such as Excel or Google Docs, but is a feature that is
often overlooked, ignored, or assumed to be too challenging. In this course,
you will learn how to take advantage of this feature, how to apply it to
existing data sets, and more. At the end of this course, you should be able to
identify and apply pivot tables to existing data sets, create a usable and
useful pivot table to summarize data, and explain and present information shown
in a pivot table. Registration ends soon!
