Duties:

Employ appropriate project management methodologies to manage technology 
projects. Facilitate good communication to and from the Application and Digital 
Services department; meet regularly with internal stakeholders, such as Heads 
of Service in Research & Instructional Services and Special Collections, as 
specific projects require. Set and track progress toward goals, objectives, and 
project deliverables. Provide reports on project progress, status, and staff 
capacity to Interim Head of Service and Assistant Director. Assist with data 
migration and clean-up projects. Create an inventory of all systems created by 
the Application and Digital Services department. Drive communication and 
planning on the redesign of the library intranets for both Joyner and Laupus. 
Document and ensure content created by the University Historian for the 
Heritage Hall project is online, assisting University Archives staff with the 
content management system. This position will serve until June 30, 2020. 
Contingent upon availability of funds.

Requirements:

• Associates degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, 
Business Administration, Project Management, or closely related degree from an 
appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education 
and experience.
• Experience with project management.
• Knowledge of and ability to use project management and issue tracking systems.
