The LOCKSS Program is hiring a Community Manager. Are you seeking an active, mission-driven role in digital preservation, Web archiving and scholarly communications? Join our digital preservation team with over 20 years of history at Stanford University Libraries. The Community Manager fosters partnerships with three of the LOCKSS Program's key constituencies: libraries and memory organizations, scholarly publishers and content providers, and open source software developers. They play a pivotal role in facilitating business and technical conversations between LOCKSS Program staff and existing or prospective stakeholders, to cultivate digital preservation initiatives using LOCKSS technology. They report to the LOCKSS Program Manager. Salaries start at $100,000 per year, with higher pay ranges available for more senior candidates.
