Hi, Tim -- Not to threadjack, but here goes: just in the past few days the topic of video captioning and accessibility has come up for our digital collections. Are you aware of any resources for best accessibility practices concerning subtitle formats and embedding techniques for videos? We're looking for technical guidelines that can be applied when transcoding a video to mp4 (h.264 + wav in an mp4 container, for example).
