Hello all,

The 18th annual Code4Lib Conference will be held at Princeton University March
14 - 17, 2023, and we are issuing an open call for a logo design to be featured
on the front of the Code4Lib 2023 Conference t-shirt.

We are accepting designs starting immediately. The deadline to enter a design
for consideration is Monday, January 2, 2023. The winning logo will be chosen
based on a popular vote, which will be held in January.

Designs should include the conference name (Code4Lib 2023) and are limited to a
single color, by default a white logo on a black t-shirt. If you would prefer a
color other than white, let us know in your explanatory text and it will be
considered, but cannot be guaranteed. All designs must be original and the
intellectual property of the person submitting the design and must be compliant
with the conference Code of Conduct (https://2023.code4lib.org/conduct/).

To submit your design, fill out this form:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdBM1qojE9uQQKVxpIup5zmLIcmm9-XVs6AKEgRgvefvLRY6g/viewform

For voting, please upload a JPG or PNG file to the Google form. Be aware that
the winning design will work best as a high-resolution vector art file for
screen printing, so save your original file in a compatible format such as .ai,
.cdr, .eps or .pdf. Please contact the T-Shirt Committee if you have any
questions.

For more information about the conference, see the Code4lib 2023 conference
website (https://2023.code4lib.org/).

Sincerely,

Kate Lynch (kately...@princeton.edu<mailto:kately...@princeton.edu>)
