[CODE4LIB] GPO PURLs

Is it just me, or is the GPO PURL resolver down?  I keep getting a
timeout error...

For example:
    http://purl.access.gpo.gov/GPO/LPS4468

Does anyone know of any alternate place to lookup the real URL for GPO PURLs?
